Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to process depends on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at info@getdankx.com with the details of the defect or damage, along with your order number.

4. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to: DANKX Underwear & Apparel Co. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or customized items, and personal care goods (such as konjac sponges or any of the athletic skin care products).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Athletic Skin Care
  • Custom hats
  • Underwear

6. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
