Constructed from Hydrophobic satin-finish 100% polyester, this hat is ideal for high-performance wear. The adjustable snapback closure, combined with interchangeable Snapback liners of varying thicknesses; allows for a truly personalized and secure fit.
• Thickness levels range from LEVEL 1 (Thinnest 0.5 mm) – LEVEL 6 (Thickest 4.5 mm) with the capability of installing 1 liner; stacked on top of one another to create a customized thickness level. The distance between each snap on a snapback closure is generally 9 mm so our level 7 Snapback liner option will create 2/3 of a snap thickness.
EXAMPLE: Our LEVEL 1 is crafted to have minimal impact; It is thin enough to preserve the original feel of your hat. The main purpose of the Snapback Liner is to create a natural skin friendly barrier between the plastic snap closure and the skin / hair in order to reduce friction irritation. The temperature-regulating Snapback liner ensures optimal comfort throughout wear.
